The Trellis Mission

Colin May of the Estate Planning Centers, Morgan Bonekovic of Pollock Begg, and Marlene van Nelson of Trellis Legal presented at Trace Brewing on September 13, 2022 a discussion on estate planning, family law, and business legal considerations specific to LGBTQUIA+ couples and families especially in the wake of the Dobbs case. We discussed how to set up legal paperwork to protect transfers of assets, custody, and business assets and answer questions folks may have around LGBTQUIA+ marriage protections as well as specific considerations for non-married and polyamorous relationships.
