CORPORATE TRANSPARENCY ACT COMPLIANCE UPDATE: The beneficial ownership information (BOI) reporting requirements under the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) are once again back in effect. Entities that were formed on or prior to February 19, 2025 have until March 21, 2025 to file their report, entities formed after such date have 30 days from the date of filing. The Treasury department however, has indicated that they will not be enforcing penalties at this time. Reports can be filed here: https://boiefiling.fincen.gov/boir/html or you can reach out to us for help.
