Agritourism Liability Waiver

This is a liability waiver template designed for farmers who offer agritourism activities such as hayrides, corn mazes, etc. Liability waivers are meant to protect your farm from potential lawsuits and claims arising from individuals participating in agritourism activities. It includes a liability waiver for activity participants to sign, as well as Pennsylvania-specific language that allows you to have liability protection under the PA Agritourism Activity Protection Act if your activities are included under the Act. It is important to note, however, that because the Agritourism Activity Protection Act is a Pennsylvania state law, this template will only cover agritourism activities on Pennsylvania farms.
