This is a template that is designed to be used as either a Cancellation of Services agreement or a Rescheduling of Services agreement. This Agreement will be in relation to and affect your main client agreement.
This can be used in instances where you and the client have agreed to cancel a contract, or you have agreed to rescheduling the date or timeline for your services. This contract is ideal if you and a client agree to terminate your agreement or if your business provides services that have contracted specific dates and you and the client have agreed to reschedule. The template covers different options to choose from in order to tailor the contract in ways that make the most sense for your business, while also remaining consistent with any existing contracts you may have.
