Description
This is an agreement for when you offer photography services for commercial photography clients-whether it is for corporate headshots, branding shoots, magazine shoots, etc. This agreement will help you keep a record of the terms agreed upon between you and the Client before you conduct your photography services. It will also provide the Client with information regarding any policies you may have, location access, important intellectual property language, cancellation, rescheduling, payment, etc. The point of this agreement is to make sure that you and the Client are on the same page and that both of you understand the specific expectations you have for one another in order to have a good working relationship.
