Artwork Licensing Agreement
Description
This is an artist’s licensing agreement template to use for when an artist has created a design, a pattern, an image, a logo, or any other piece of creative and a company or other person wants to use it. This agreement grants a license, which is the right to use another’s work, while setting clear terms. Keeping a record of the terms agreed upon between the Artist and the Company will help prevent ownership disputes, lost revenue for either party’s business, or misuse of the art, such as using it outside the scope of the permitted rights. If you’re an artist who makes graphics or patterns for a company that wants to use them on their products or other business purposes this is an important contract to have! (This can also be used by a company that will be licensing an artist's work, you will just want to customize to make some of the terms more favorable to you as the company!)
