Florist Event Contract
Description
This is a floral agreement to use for when you sell flowers and offer floral services for events such as weddings, fundraisers, memorial services/funerals, parties, etc. It includes options for if you have clients pick up flowers, you deliver flowers, or you do full installation. It is essentially 3 contracts in 1 and you can customize it to your needs!
This agreement will help you keep a record of the terms agreed upon between you and the Client to help prevent disputes or loss of funds by your business. It will also provide the Client with information regarding any policies you may have, including cancellation, rescheduling, payment, substitutions, changes to orders, etc. The point of this agreement is to make sure that you and the Client are on the same page and that both of you understand the specific expectations you have for one another in order to have a good working relationship and avoid losses.
