Event Photography Agreement
Description
This is an agreement for when you offer photography services for events such as weddings, fundraisers, birthday parties, etc. This agreement will help you keep a record of the terms agreed upon between you and the client before you conduct your photography services. The agreement makes sure the client understands the specific expectations you have for them and the services you include in order to have a good working relationship. The agreement also protects you as the photographer by preserving certain copyright rights and outlining financial aspects in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
This can also be used in conjunction with our COVID19 addendum for photographers.
