This document contains some basic intellectual property clauses and disclaimers as well as a number of language options, disclaimers, and notices to put on your company documents that can help protect your intellectual property from unauthorized sharing or re-sale.
Each type of disclaimer is explained in detail in the document. This is unlike our other templates. In this document purchasers will read detailed explanations and then copy and paste any quoted language onto their applicable company documents, or learn more about protections available to them.
