Basic Online Purchase Terms (Products and Services)

This template contains online purchase terms for: 1) physical products, and 2) online services such as classes and webinars, whether one-time or recurring. This combines our two online purchase terms templates into one!

 

These provisions are intended to be used if you have a website that sells both products and services. These terms can and should be fully customized to fit your business needs and you will see that there are several places where you have options. Make sure to choose and customize the option right for your business and delete any other options.
