Non-Disclosure/Non-Solicitation Agreement for Employees
Description
This is a template for a non-disclosure and invention assignment agreement for employees that includes an optional non-solicitation provision. This non-disclosure agreement is to be used when a company hires a new employee or gives an employee a raise or new title, etc. The agreement helps protect the company against the employee sharing confidential information outside of the company, gives the company ownership of inventions and processes the employee develops, and gives you the option to prohibit the employee from soliciting your clients or employees to leave your company.
